What are we doing?
• Working with parole offices and correctional facilities to empower current and formerly incarcerated people
• Working with communities to create opportunities for safe, stable reintegration for releasing offenders
• Design, implementation, and provision of our inMediate program inside of correctional facilities
• Becoming a private industry employer for both inside and outside of prison employment
• Motivational speaking and social impact events that are not exclusively fundraisers
• Media presence to reduce the stigma surrounding justice-involved individuals
• Mentoring, case management, and specialized services being offered
• Establishment of licensure or certification for our peer mentors
• Creating a repeatable process that ensures effectiveness
• Advocating for fair and reasonable opportunities
• Making an impact on someone, daily
